Holidays and Bad weatherWeTry to come 52 weeks out of the year When your service day falls on a Holiday... we will come the day before or the day after depending on routes. We come in all sorts of weather unless it is a severe storm. such as a down pour rain, blizzard, excessive lightning etc. then we will come the next following work day if possible Sometimes we will schedule the day before if we know in advance what the weather will be doing. If for some reason we cannot make it that week, then we will take $5 off your monthly bill. If we have to skip a week... It will take us twice as long to pick up your yard.

MowingIt is not nessesary for us to come before mowing. In fact it is much easier to see after mowing and we clean better. Mowing does not make poo disapear. It tends to work itself into the grass or gets flatened and sometimes scattered. Keeping your yard mowed regularly will give you a better service from us.

Do I have to be home for the service? No. However, for the first service, It is best to meet with you and your pet(s), so we can all get acquainted and discuss the service. This is also a good time to see if your pet will mind us coming into their yard. When you choose to become Dookie Doo's client you are giving us permission to come into your yard. It is important to provide us with a key access or combination lock number.
